This class is designed for our seniors’ fitness needs and includes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and blood-pressure screening all in a social setting.  

Each participant is required to have a doctor’s release and complete a health screen form.  The forms are available at the Service Counter or you can click on the following links:

Class information:

  • TIME/DAYS: 7:30-8:30 a.m.(M/W/F) and 9-10 a.m. (M-F)

  • COST:  Free with membership

  • INSTRUCTOR: Barb Oliver

    • CPR / FIRST AID CERTIFIED
    • YMCA FITNESS CERTIFIED
