Thank you for voting us "1st Place - Best Fitness Center"
The "Best of the Peninsula" was revealed today in the Friday/Saturday edition of the Peninsula Daily News. The PDN ballot award named dozens of Peninsula shopping, restaurant and other businesses as 'best' in this reader's choice award. We will strive to maintain our title for years to come. We'd like to say thanks to those who have experienced the YMCA and invite those who have not to see what all the fuss is about.

Learn about the benefits of YMCA membership

Members Who Refer New Members Can Save Money!

The way it works is simple: If your friend joins and pays monthly, you get a month free; if he or she joins and pays semi-annually, you get 2 months free; an annual payer nets you a generous 3months free YMCA membership. So go ahead and talk to your friends, neighbors and relatives about the great things the Y can do for them and start watching your savings grow. The best thing about being a YMCA member aside from all the personal benefits, is you can help to build a stronger, healthier Clallam County, including those who can't afford to pay full price.

CrossFit On-Rampcrossfit
Crossfit delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general and inclusive. CrossFit recognizes that the physical fitness needs of an elite athlete and a 70-year-old grandparent differ only by degree, not by kind.

We all need to be able to pick things up off the floor, push objects overhead and squat down. CrossFit classes prepare an individual for the rigors of daily life by using randomized (always changing), functional (everyday movements) at your own "high intensity." By scaling (increasing or decreasing) the load and intensity, members of the class can perform the same workout at their own pace. The changes in your body and fitness level will speak for themselves! Join us for the next generation in fitness...CrossFit.

YOUR YMCA IS THE ONLY FACILITY ON THE PENINSULA TO OFFER CROSSFIT. BE ONE OF THE FIRST TO EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE!

JOIN NOW, AS SPACE IS LIMITED.

Shape Shifters

This 12-week program for members is a weight loss program designed with our member's best chance for success in mind. Participants will receive 4 meetings (one-on-on) with a fitness coach. The first is at the onset of the program to discuss goals, then at the 4, 8 and 12-week marks. At each point the goals are reevaluated to achieve maximum results. Cost is $120/member or as a team of two and split the cost.
